Program Executive for $150M Measure “Z” Bond Program which include the New Construction of: “State of the Art” 750 seat Performing Arts Center, Three (3) High School Practice Gyms, Two (2) High School & Junior High Science Buildings, 30 Classroom & Administration Buildings, 49 Classroom & Science Lab Buildings, 250,000 square feet of Site Improvement which included A.D.A. Site Compliance, 8 Basketball Courts & 2 Regulation Softball Fields. Administered the Modernization of two (2) High School & one (1) Junior High Libraries, District wide Classroom renovation (100+/- Classrooms), District wide HVAC and Low Voltage Upgrades. Managed both Multi-Prime and Prime contractors through the Program’s duration. Negotiated all Change Orders, Schedules, Individual Project Budgets and reported directly to the Deputy Superintendent and Chief Facilities Officer.

Construction Manager

Construction Manager for a new $45M, 200,000 square foot, 9 story, 511 room (755 beds) residential student dormitory. The project included 3 faculty apartments, 16 lounges, laundry room, multipurpose room, entrance lobby, trash room, 2 9-stop traction elevators and 3 exit stair towers. Type 1 construction, R-1 Occupancy, 9 stories above grade plus a mechanical penthouse. We managed the project's construction schedule and budget, negotiated change and reported to the University.

Senior Project Manager for the overall K-12, $150 Million Modernization Program. 33 schools; 5 High Schools, 6 Middle Schools, and 22 Elementary Schools. Managed and tracked the multiple funding and revenue sources that were utilized, Federal, State and Local. Responsible for the oversight of the A&E selection process, and coordinated the continual quality control program. Managed the Program's construction schedules and budgets to ensure compliance with the bond's requirements.

Project Manager for $175M, 751-room, four-star, luxury hotel.  Managed the General Contractor in specialty areas and WDI artisans culminating with the Operator's (Disneyland) acceptance.   Responsible for scheduling, finish activity sequencing and operator walks, culminating with the successful "on schedule" delivery of the guest rooms to the Operator.

Project Manager for $2M, 20,000 square foot multiple tenant improvement project, encompassing the sequential build out and relocation of five individual business units. Managed overall design incorporating the individual business units' program requirements, vendor specifications, and existing on-site facility constraints. Responsible for the interdisciplinary coordination between contract consultants, A&E, Disneyland, city interfaces, RFP and bid package preparation, culminating in the selection of the general contractor.

Conducted weekly update meetings with the multiple stakeholder user groups to ensure a timely dissemination of the Project's status. Managed General Contractor and A&E consultants from schematic design through construction documents, and building completion. Responsible for overall design and construction schedules, WDI and Disneyland executive and corporate presentations.
